ORDER FOR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE CONCERNING PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES, INCLUDING COST ESTIMATING DESIGN DOCUMENTATION, TO ADAPT CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS TO PERFORM THE FUNCTION OF PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES 1. Name given to the contract by the Contracting Authority: Order for technical expertise concerning protective structures, including cost estimating design documentation, in order to adapt construction objects to perform the function of protective structures. 2. The subject matter of the contract is the service of performing technical expertise of five objects, with regard to the possibility of using them as a protective structure, as referred to in the Regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration of 21 February 2025 on the criteria for recognising construction objects or parts thereof as protective structures. The technical expertise should enable an assessment of the actual technical condition and installations, as well as the suitability of the object, after its modernisation/rebuilding, for use as a shelter, concealment, or a temporary shelter location in a situation of threat.
