TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract includes the execution of a contract under the name: “Contract for preparing an update of PZO documentation together with the performance of nature expert assessments for the Natura 2000 site “Pasma Policy” PLB120006”. 2. The details of the scope of the subject matter are specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). 3. The Contracting Authority requires that employees directed by the Contractor or a subcontractor to perform the activities falling within the scope of the subject matter and consisting in carrying out nature expert assessments be employed on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 124). The above does not apply to situations where the Contractor performs the contract independently or via a person employed on the basis of a civil-law contract, other than an employment relationship. 1.
