TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this part of the contract is the selection of a contractor to carry out assembly, installation and construction works necessary for the replacement of lighting and related electromechanical works with the overall goal of reducing primary energy consumption. The subject of this contract is construction works aimed at reducing the energy intensity of the STVR – Studio Block building, on the premises of STVR Mlynská dolina in Bratislava (cadastral area Karlova Ves, LV no. 183, parcel no. 2920/6). The contract will be carried out within the scope of the prepared construction project documentation made by the designer: Ing. Aladár Csernák, which is published on the contracting authority’s profile under the label G. "STVR Bratislava, ŠB Mlynská dolina". The intention of the contracting authority is to achieve a reduction in the energy intensity of the building, primarily by reducing electricity consumption through the modernization of lighting.
