TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this part of the contract is the selection of a contractor to provide assembly, installation and construction works required for the replacement of lighting and the related electrical installation works, with the overall objective of reducing the consumption of primary energy. The subject of this contract is construction works aimed at reducing the energy performance of the STVR building – Studio Block, on the premises of STVR Mlynská dolina in Bratislava (cadastral area Karlova Ves, LV No 183, parcel No 2920/6). The contract will be carried out within the scope of the processed construction design documentation prepared by the designer: Ing. Aladárom Csernákom, which is published on the profile of the contracting authority under the designation G. "STVR Bratislava, ŠB Mlynská dolina". The intention of the contracting authority is to achieve a reduction in the building’s energy performance, in particular by reducing electricity consumption through the modernization of lighting.
