Change in the use of nursery premises to premises of the Local Support Centre, ul. Koszalińska 66 in Szczecinek The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in carrying out and handing over the investment provided for in the Agreement entitled “Change in the use of nursery premises to premises of the Local Support Centre, ul. Koszalińska 66 in Szczecinek – on the area of plots No. 20 and 560 in precinct 007” as well as removing its defects identified during the execution of the construction works and during the warranty period for physical defects and quality guarantees, which it will be able to independently perform an economic or technical function within the scope specified in: a) the design constituting an attachment to the notification of change in the use of premises together with industry-specific designs; b) the technical/executive design; c) STWiORB; d) the bill of quantities of works; 1) The detailed scope of the works referred to in point 1 is defined by the design documentation and the technical performance and acceptance specifications for construction works constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;
