TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is professional assessment, servicing and marking of surgical instruments within the scope corresponding to the requirements of the Medical Device Regulation – Regulation on medical devices (EU 2017/745), (hereinafter referred to as “MDR”). The type of service for the individual types of instruments is defined and listed in Annex 1 to the tender documentation (ZD) – Calculation of the price for post-warranty service. With the selected supplier, a fixed-term contract will be concluded for: 2 years.
