TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction works are aimed at modifying individual pavilions of the hospital complex with a polyclinic in order to reduce energy intensity and to operate, from the perspective of saving energy, the individual buildings. In particular, this involves insulating the perimeter walls of the buildings, insulating the roof structures, comprehensive replacement of the window and door openings in the perimeter walls of the individual pavilions, partial reconstruction of the heating system of the individual project objects, and implementation of new so-called “green technologies”, such as photovoltaic panel technology. The implementation of the subject of the contract consists of: • carrying out the work in accordance with the technical specification — see Appendix E.1, Appendix E.2 and the requirements of Appendix E.3 to these tender documents, in accordance with the statements of the relevant authorities within the framework of building proceedings, building permit and notification of construction modifications. • a warranty period of 5 years from completion and handover of the work.
