TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction works focus on the modification of individual pavilions within the hospital and polyclinic complex to reduce energy consumption and operation in terms of energy savings for the individual buildings. This primarily involves insulation of the external walls of the buildings, insulation of roof structures, comprehensive replacement of openings in the external walls — windows and doors of individual pavilions, partial reconstruction of the heating systems in the individual addressed buildings, and the implementation of new so-called green technologies such as photovoltaic panel technology. The performance of the subject contract consists of: • the execution of the work according to the technical specification - see Annex E.1, Annex E.2, and requirements of Annex E.3 of these tender documents, in accordance with the statements of the relevant authorities within the building proceedings, building permit, and notification of construction modifications. • a warranty period of 5 years from completion and handover of the work.
