TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract addresses construction modifications to individual pavilion buildings in the school complex for the purpose of reducing energy intensity and operating them in terms of saving energy for the individual buildings. This primarily involves a comprehensive design for insulating the external walls of the buildings, insulating the roof structures, and a comprehensive replacement of openings in the external walls—windows and doors of the individual pavilions. The premises of the existing school, which consists of several pavilions—blocks, were built in the early 1960s of the last century. The predominant part of the structures is built using masonry constructions made of solid fired brick or of CDm brick. Such a solution of the external wall structure no longer meets energy requirements, and therefore it is necessary to improve the technical parameters of the masonry by means of additional thermal insulation. The insulation of the walls of the individual buildings is proposed in the form of a contact external insulation system with a final surface finish using plaster and a bonded ceramic cladding imitating exposed brick masonry.
