TENDER DESCRIPTION

Based on the Framework Agreement concluded with a single supplier, the contracting authority will award a public contract pursuant to the Framework Agreement, always on the basis of a written invitation to submit a tender for the public contract and the conclusion of an Order. The contracting authority will carry out individual public contracts based on Orders concluded according to its operational needs, which the selected supplier is obliged to unconditionally comply with at any time. The fulfilment of the Framework Agreement is not subject to any minimum purchase. The subject of the public contract is the supply of plush, plastic and wooden toys with animal motifs, stationery goods, tableware and textiles. (The subject of the public contract does not include the supply of advertising and branded goods.)
