TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the organisation of a two-day information-and-promotional, networking and workshop conference, with hotel, catering, technical, documentation and organisational services, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ: Day 1 – in the conference and lecture part until 18:00 – for 150–200 persons Day 1 – in the evening networking part (including accommodation) from 18:00 for 50–100 persons Day 2 – in the workshop part for 50–100 persons. The conference is for at least 150 and up to 200 participants, including a lecture and evening networking component with accommodation for at least 50 and up to 100 participants (on the first day), combined with networking workshops for at least 50 and up to 100 persons (on the second day) – implemented as part of a project co-financed from EU funds (ERDF).
