1. The subject of the contract is organising and operating two municipal waste selective collection points (PSZOK), from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. 2. Description of the subject matter of the contract, conditions for performance and settlement: 1) The subject of the contract is organising, setting up and operating two municipal waste selective collection points (PSZOKs), with one point located in the right-bank and one in the left-bank part of the city of Oświęcim. 2) Basic information: a) The area of the city of Oświęcim is approximately 30 km2. b) The number of residents in the City of Oświęcim who will be able to use the PSZOKs is: b.1) according to the population register - 32,558 persons, b.2) according to the submitted declarations - 31,945 persons. 3) The Contracting Authority has specified the following possible locations for the PSZOKs: a) Więźniów Oświęcimia Street, plot no. 1150/170 - which constitutes the property of the City of Oświęcim, b) Bema Street, plot no. 2013/20 - which constitutes the property of another entity.
