TENDER DESCRIPTION

Organising and carrying out one-day stationary workshops on the prevention of diseases related to the workplace (...) 1. The subject of the contract is the organisation and conduct of one-day stationary workshops on the prevention of diseases related to the workplace for project participants of “Health of employees of schools and educational institutions managed by the Pomeranian Voivodeship Local Government”, implemented under the programme European Funds for Pomerania 2021–2027, hereinafter referred to as “the Workshops”. The workshops will be carried out for a group of up to 11 participants and will include three thematic modules: 1) prevention of occupational diseases; 2) healthy eating and practical workshops with a dietitian; 3) interpersonal communication. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in: 1) the detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ), which constitutes Annex No 1 to the SWZ, 2) the contract template, which constitutes Annex No 6 to the SWZ.
