TENDER DESCRIPTION

The description of the subject matter of the contract (including the description of the part of the contract) has been set out in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ and in the contract template which constitutes Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ. 1. Any changes to the Agreement may be made only taking into account the limitations set out in Article 455 of the PZP Act. Changes to the Agreement require a written form in the form of an annex, failing which they shall be void. 2. The Contractor applying for a change to the Agreement shall submit to the Contracting Authority a written statement of the necessity to introduce the changes to the Agreement. 3. Pursuant to Article 455(1)(1) of the PZP Act, the Parties agree that changes to the Agreement may concern: 1) any of the dates referred to in the Agreement, or 2) the payment terms of the remuneration payable to the Contractor, or 3) staff referred to in § 2. 4.
