TENDER DESCRIPTION

Organising, comprehensive service provision and conducting training on the Code of Administrative Procedure and the Act on Electronic Delivery. The subject of the contract is to organise, provide comprehensive services for, and carry out a three-day closed training course entitled “Selected issues from the Code of Administrative Procedure and the Act on Electronic Delivery”. The training participants will be employees of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Labour Market Office in Warsaw, employees of district labour offices and the voivodeship labour office—altogether a maximum of 90 persons, divided into 3 groups (each group—3 training days). The contract includes in particular provision of a training room together with equipment, conducting the training by a trainer/speaker, provision of catering (coffee service, breakfast, lunch), training materials, conference sets, certificates and post-training consultations.
