TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of performance of both parts of this public contract is the continuous supply of consumables and diagnostics in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Sb., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended and effective (hereinafter referred to as “the Medical Devices Act”), namely dialysis sets (including consumable materials) compatible with haemodialysis machines Fresenius 5008, Fresenius 6008 (for Part 1) and B. Braun Dialog Q (for Part 2).
