TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of Part No. 1 of the contract is the comprehensive thermomodernization of the building of the Health Center Clinic in Opole Sp. z o.o. at 30 Waryńskiego Street in Opole. The scope includes in particular preparatory, protective and demolition works, insulation of external walls and the flat roof, execution of new elevation layers, works related to the roof covering, sheet metal flashings and roof drainage, modernization of the lightning protection installation, electrical works, installation of a micro photovoltaic installation along with the necessary technical infrastructure, installation of air conditioning devices, execution of required tests, measurements, examinations, adjustments and start-ups, and as-built documentation. The detailed scope of works is defined by the contract documentation, in particular the design documentation, the Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiORB), and the Terms of Reference (SWZ).
