ZP.101.2026. Design and refurbishment of office premises of the Police Station in Maków Podhalański 1) The subject matter of the contract is the design and refurbishment of office premises together with equipment, as well as the existing structured cabling, including replacement of cable trays, LAN and electrical sockets, and patch panels with new ones in the premises of the Police Station building in Maków Podhalański, and optionally the design and execution of the refurbishment of bathrooms on three levels (option no 1) and optionally the design and execution of the refurbishment of the stairwell, the hall, corridors, cloakrooms, the staff room, bathrooms and showers in the basement (option no 2). The Police Station building in Maków Podhalański, located at ul. Kolejowa 8, is a four-storey building with a masonry structure erected on a rectangular plan. The building is founded on the ground by means of foundation footings, with reinforced-concrete intermediate floors covered by a roof with a wooden structure, covered with heat-welded roofing felt on boarding.
