ZP.124.2026. Renovation of rooms in building no. 10 within the premises of the Provincial Police Headquarters (KWP) in Kraków at Mogilska 109 Street 1) The subject matter of the contract is the renovation of rooms from no. 17 to no. 22A in building no. 10 within the premises of the Provincial Police Headquarters (KWP) in Kraków at Mogilska 109 Street. Building no. 10 is a single-storey, above-basement building, built on an E-shaped plan, constructed in 1905. The building is a brick masonry structure made of solid brick on cement-lime mortar, with plastered surfaces on both sides using cement-lime plaster of approx. 1 cm thickness. The building has undergone thermal modernization, completed in 2019. A new roof covering was installed, external joinery (doors and windows) was replaced, vertical insulation of the foundation walls and thermal insulation of the building walls were carried out; the building was rendered and painted. The entire central heating installation has been replaced together with its components.
