ZP/20/26 Modernisation and adaptation to sanitary and hygienic requirements of the medical waste storage room at the registered office of Mazowieckie Centre of Dentistry Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. 1. The subject of the contract is the modernisation and adaptation to sanitary and hygienic requirements of the medical waste storage room at the premises of Mazowieckie Centre of Dentistry Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, at ul. Nowy Zjazd 1 (case reference: ZP/20/26). 2. Under the contract, the Contractor will be required to prepare the design documentation required for the performance of the contract subject and to obtain the permits, notifications, arrangements and opinions required by law, if applicable, and then to carry out the construction works in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act — Construction Law. Detailed requirements in this regard are set out in the PFU (hereinafter referred to as the PFU), which constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 3.
