TENDER DESCRIPTION

ZP3/8154/26/1 - Reconstruction and renovation of part of the ground floor in the eastern wing of the Collegium Maius building Reconstruction and renovation of part of the ground floor in the eastern wing of the Collegium Maius building. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, bills of quantities, and design documentation (Annex No. 8 to the ToR). The contractor shall provide at least a 36-month warranty on the works performed and installed equipment, and in the case of the structured cabling system, the warranty conditions shall comply with the provisions in the design documentation [Annex No. 8 to the ToR]. The warranty period in months is one of the criteria for evaluating bids. Answers provided by the Contracting Authority to questions submitted by Contractors must be taken into account in the bid pricing. The Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions described in the ToR.
