TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the sale including delivery of equipment. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex A to the SWZ. The Contractor shall indicate in the Assortment-and-Price Form (Annex 2 to the SWZ) the name of the Manufacturer/Importer and the manufacturer’s code for each item. An attachment forming an integral part of the future agreement will be the unit prices form indicating the items and unit prices. The Contractor shall attach to its tender the following evidence measures: a) A technical description of the offered subject matter including all necessary information enabling assessment of the compliance of the tender with the description of the subject matter of the contract – Annex A to the SWZ (i.e. in particular catalog cards of the offered devices, information folders, a compilation indicating the manufacturer and model of the offered devices, configurations and parameters in the Polish language, etc.).
