TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the sale with delivery of equipment. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex A to the SWZ. For each item, the Contractor shall indicate in the Assortment-and-Price Form (Annex No 2 to the SWZ) the name of the Manufacturer / Importer and the manufacturer’s code. The Unit Prices Form of the contract, indicating the items and unit prices, will form an integral part of the future agreement. The Contractor shall attach to the tender the following evidence measures: a) A technical description of the offered subject matter of the contract containing all necessary information enabling assessment of the conformity of the tender with the description of the subject matter of the contract - Annex A to the SWZ (i.e. in particular product catalog cards of the offered devices, information folders, a statement containing the specification of the manufacturer and model of the offered devices, configurations and parameters in the Polish language, etc.).
