TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: "Supplies of articles and means for cleaning maintenance for the needs of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University in Łódź" – 14 lots, in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – the Assortment and Price Form. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual lots. Within the lot, the Contracting Authority requires the submission of a complete offer.
