TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: “Delivery of cleaning articles and supplies for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University in Łódź” – 14 lots, in accordance with the range and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – the Assortment and Price Form. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial bids for individual lots. Within a lot, the Contracting Authority requires submission of a complete bid.
