TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the modernisation and outfitting of infrastructure at IPCZD – Modernisation and adaptation of rooms for the Ear, Nose and Throat, Audiology and Phoniatrics Department at IPCZD in the “design and build” mode, implemented under the Medical Fund. The subject of the work is a functional and utility programme, hereinafter referred to as the PFU, which is the base material for the implementation of the contract entitled “Modernisation and outfitting of strategic infrastructure at IPCZD – Modernisation and adaptation of rooms for the Ear, Nose and Throat, Audiology and Phoniatrics Department at the ‘Pomnik – Children’s Health Centre’ Institute” carried out in the “Design and Build” mode under the Medical Fund”. The material included in the PFU is a set of guidelines for the Contractor to prepare comprehensive performance of the task in the “Design and Build” mode. It contains all the necessary information for preparing the bid, and at a later stage (after signing the implementation contract) for designing and executing the task.
