TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of liquefied and compressed gases and the lease of cylinders and oxygen tanks to the registered office of the Contracting Authority – “Pomnik – Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka” Institute in Warsaw, on the terms set out in the draft provisions of the contract, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the time limits resulting from the contract. 1. A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ – Price Form. 2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: • Successive deliveries of compressed and liquefied gases, in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s demand. • Transport and unloading of the delivered goods at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority within the premises of the Institute. • Lease of cylinders, oxygen tanks, a liquid nitrogen tank and the necessary technical infrastructure. • Collection of empty cylinders and replacement with full ones. • Ensuring the continuity of supply of medical and technical gases throughout the term of the contract.
