TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of an extracorporeal circulation apparatus in accordance with the terms set out in the draft contract provisions and within the deadlines arising from the concluded contract. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject of the contract be permitted for circulation and use in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices. Detailed information regarding the scope is provided in Annex No 1 and 5 to the SWZ.
