TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of an ultrasound (USG) machine on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the agreement and within the period resulting from the concluded agreement. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject of the contract be permitted for placing on the market and use, in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices. Detailed information regarding the scope is included in Annex No 1 - OPZ and 5 to the SWZ.
