TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of two-stage project documentation (DPZ+DPS) "Reconstruction of the building in Husova no. 145 - placement of offices of the MěÚ Kutná Hora", within the scope of Section 158 of Act No. 283/2021 Sb., the Construction Act; furthermore within the scope of services including a bill of quantities; and in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Sb., on building documentation, as amended by later regulations, incorporating any comments and requirements of the competent bodies of state administration and other participants in the building proceedings.
