TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of project documentation for the construction of "DM and ŠJ Pardubice - new build of DM, Ke Tvrzi premises. This is a building of rectangular shape located parallel to Ke Tvrzi street with 4 above-ground floors. On the 1st floor, facilities for the youth home will be located (technical room, boiler room, laundry, storerooms, etc.), server room, workshop for DM and a workshop with a storage room for DD Pardubice, plus in the right-hand part from the entrance there will be 6 rooms. On the 2nd floor, there will be two-bed rooms, shared sanitary facilities with showers, a relaxation room, i.e. study room, and a room for teachers. The 3rd floor will be relatively the same as the 2nd floor plus an isolation room. The 4th floor will be set back; it will include space for a club room, a gym, a relaxation zone with social facilities, and also a terrace and an outdoor workout playfield. The remaining roof area will be treated as a green roof. For safety reasons, the 4th floor will have a high fence.
