TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of project documentation for the construction of "DM and ŠJ Pardubice - new build of DM, Ke Tvrzi premises. This is a building of an rectangular shape located parallel to Ke Tvrzi street with 4 above-ground floors (NP). On the 1st NP, accommodation for the youth home will be located (technical room, boiler room, laundry, stores, etc.), a server room, a workshop for DM and a workshop with a store for DD Pardubice, and in the right-hand part from the entrance there will be 6 rooms. On the 2nd NP there will be twin rooms, shared sanitary facilities with showers, a relaxation room or study room, and a room for teachers. The 3rd NP will be relatively the same as the 2nd NP plus an isolation room. The 4th NP will be set back; it will include space for a clubroom, a gym, a relaxation zone with social facilities, and there will also be a terrace and an outdoor workout pitch. The remaining roof area will be designed as a green roof. For safety reasons, there will be a high fence on the 4th NP.
