TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of design documentation for the construction of "DM and ŠJ Pardubice - new build of DM, Ke Tvrzi complex. It is a building of an rectangular (obdelníkového) shape located parallel to Ke Tvrzi Street with 4 above-ground floors (NP). On the 1st floor (1NP) there will be facilities for a youth home (domov mládeže) (technical room, boiler room, laundry room, storage rooms, etc.), server room, a workshop for DM and a workshop with a storage room for DD Pardubice, and in the right-hand part from the entrance there will be 6 rooms. On the 2nd floor (2NP) there will be double-occupancy rooms, shared sanitary facilities with showers, a relaxation room, i.e. a study room (resp. studovna), and a room for teachers (for pedagogy/pedagogues). The 3rd floor (3NP) will be relatively the same as the 2nd floor (2NP) plus an isolation room. The 4th floor (4NP) will be set back; there will be space for a club room, a gym, a relaxation zone with social facilities (soc. zázemím), and there will also be a terrace and an outdoor workout pitch.
