Balancing the demand to increase the technical parameters of the hall in the Sports Centre in Węgierska Górka. 1. The subject of this contract is construction works, including a task entitled: Balancing the demand to increase the technical parameters of the hall in the Sports Centre in Węgierska Górka. 2. Details of the scope of the subject matter of this contract are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), including the Technical Specification for execution and acceptance of construction works and the Bill of Quantities. 3. It is desired that before submitting the Offer, the Contractor should conduct a site visit at the premises where the works covered by the subject matter of this contract will be located. Conducting the site visit is not a condition for submitting an Offer in this procedure. The costs of conducting the site visit of the construction site shall be borne by the Contractor. 4.
