TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes: - construction of retention gazebos with green roofs, - expansion of the communication system with permeable surfaces and retention areas ensuring access for disabled persons to land development elements, - loosening of impermeable surfaces made of paving stones by using geogrids filled with gravel, - construction of small architecture elements (benches, educational boards, and an interactive board – information kiosk), - construction of sealed rain gardens retaining water from hardened surfaces, NOTE: The Contracting Authority informs that the documentation includes a broader scope of works than planned for implementation in this procedure. The following elements are excluded from the scope of the design work under this contract: Sanitary industry design.
