TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is construction work for an extension to add a new gym, modernisation and the extension of new classrooms at Habrmanova Primary School and Habrmanova School of Arts in Hradec Králové. The construction will include changes to the completed building of Habrmanova Primary School and Habrmanova School of Arts. The construction modifications will result in changes to the layout solution. The part of the school building being addressed is used as sports and arts facilities. In the basement there are lockers for students and a relaxation area. On the 1st floor (1NP) there is the primary school gym, lockers and sanitary facilities for students. On the 2nd floor (2NP) there are the premises for the school management, arts and educational classrooms, lockers and sanitary facilities for students and teachers, and dance halls. On the 3rd floor (3NP) there are arts and educational classrooms, a library, premises with technical facilities and premises for teachers.
