TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is construction work on an extension to build a new gym, the modernisation and the extension/upward addition of new classrooms at Habrmanova Primary School and the Habrmanova School of Arts in Hradec Králové. The construction works will include changes to the completed building of Habrmanova Primary School and Habrmanova School of Arts. The construction modifications will result in changes to the layout solution. The part of the school building covered by the solution is used as a sports and arts facility. In the basement there are cloakrooms for students and a rest area. On the 1st floor (1NP) there is the primary school gym, cloakrooms and hygienic facilities for students. On the 2nd floor (2NP) there are the premises of the school management, arts and education classrooms, cloakrooms and hygienic facilities for students and teachers, and dance halls. On the 3rd floor (3NP) there are arts and education classrooms, a library, premises with technical facilities, and premises for teachers.
