TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is construction work for the extension of a new gymnasium, the modernisation and the extension/adding of new classrooms at the Habrmanova Primary School and Habrmanova School of Arts in Hradec Králové. The construction will include modifications to the completed building of the Habrmanova Primary School and the Habrmanova School of Arts. The construction alterations will result in changes to the spatial layout. The part of the school building covered by the project is used as sports and arts facilities. In the basement there are changing rooms for students and a relaxation area. On the 1st floor (1NP) there is the primary school gymnasium, changing rooms and sanitary facilities for students. On the 2nd floor (2NP) there are the areas for school management, arts and educational classrooms, changing rooms and sanitary facilities for students and teachers, and dance halls. On the 3rd floor (3NP) there are arts and educational classrooms, a library, areas with technical facilities and areas for teachers.
