TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is construction work for an extension to add a new gymnasium, for the modernization of the existing facilities, and for the addition (extension) of new classrooms at the Habrmanova Elementary School and the Habrmanova School of Arts in Hradec Králové. The construction will include modifications to the completed building of the Habrmanova Elementary School and the Habrmanova School of Arts. The construction alterations will result in changes to the layout and spatial arrangement. The part of the school building addressed is used as sports and arts facilities. In the basement there are changing rooms for students and a rest zone. On the 1st floor (1NP) there is the Elementary School gymnasium, changing rooms, and hygienic facilities for students. On the 2nd floor (2NP) there are the school management premises, arts and educational classrooms, changing rooms and hygienic facilities for students and teachers, and dance halls.
