The subject of performance of this public contract is to ensure and carry out the exercise of the technical supervision of the builder and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work by a team of at least five persons during the implementation of the building construction, including ensuring technical supervision over the CDE and the creation of an information module/container for the management and maintenance of the new building object "Jan Vodňanský Elementary School – construction" in such a way as to ensure comprehensive control and coordination activities leading to the successful realization of the construction and the handover of necessary information about the used technological equipment and about the actual execution of building services technologies for repairs and maintenance throughout the entire life cycle of the school building.
