TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is construction modifications to the catering and after-school education facility of Základní škola Sever, consisting of construction modifications in the basement and the 1st above-ground floor related to catering operations. In the basement, modifications are carried out prompted by a change in the spatial layout and the functional use of the individual rooms; in particular, this involves new sanitary facilities for staff and a day room. New cooling and freezing rooms are designed in the location of the original ones. A new lift is proposed for transporting raw materials between the basement and the 1st above-ground floor. The subject of the construction modifications on the 1st above-ground floor comprises the cooking areas, serving areas, and rooms for washing dishes, caused by the new arrangement of the preparation and serving of lunches and by new technology for the collection and washing of dishes. The works also include structural/static provision to secure the ceiling structure above the cooking area. In the dining room, construction modifications take place in connection with a new ventilation solution for the entire operation.…
