TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract being awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract”) is the preparation of project documentation, including a bill of quantities and a control budget, for the extension (new build) of Building II on the premises of the primary school V Cibulkách, Na Výši. The documentation will serve as a basis for awarding the public contract for the construction contractor. The performance of the public contract shall also include the preparation of project documentation using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method, to the extent and in a manner corresponding to requirements arising from the applicable and effective legal regulation, in particular from Act No. 330/2025 Coll., on the management of information about construction and the built environment, including related implementing legal regulations.
