TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract being awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract”) is the preparation of design documentation, including a bill of quantities and a control budget, for the extension (new build) of Building II in the premises of the Primary School in Cibulky, Na Výši. The documentation will serve as a basis for awarding the public contract for the construction contractor. The performance of the public contract shall also include the preparation of design documentation using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method, to the extent and in a manner corresponding to requirements arising from the applicable and effective legal regulations, in particular from Act No. 330/2025 Coll., on the administration of information on buildings and the built environment, including related implementing legal regulations. A detailed specification of the subject of performance is contained in the draft contract and its annexes, which are included in Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation.
