TENDER DESCRIPTION

The outdated and dilapidated circular (round) and wave pool complex will be completely dismantled, and in its place new pools, thematic units, service facilities, as well as the associated mechanical, water-technology, electrical, building automation, landscaping and accessibility-enabling elements will be constructed. The new wave pool will form the main axis of the renovated water world. This will be surrounded by experience and cascade pools with an arched design, as well as the “slow and fast river” pool, evoking the shape of the circular pool slated for demolition, arranged in mirror symmetry. The service building will be located on the southern side of the complex, between the wave pool and the “slow and swift river” pool; its external appearance, colour and form language will be aligned with the Matyó thematic concept. The main dismantling elements of the existing pool complex affected by the development include the circular pool with an approximately 2,700 m² water surface area, the wave pool with an approximately 784 m² water surface area, and the paved, mechanical and service elements associated with these.
