The subject of the contract entitled “ŽSR, ETCS L2 on the section between ŽST Liptovská Teplá - Adv. Paludza” is: - preparation and provision of project documentation at the stage “building intent” and “project of the building” with details of the executive project, including geodetic survey, - ensuring related engineering activities, the result of which will be to secure a valid decision on the building intent and the verification of the building project (including ensuring an extension of their validity if necessary; and in the event that the decision on the building intent loses validity, ensuring the issuance of a new valid decision on the building intent and the verification of the building project), - ensuring the settlement of property-and-legal matters for owners of plots of land by means of permanent occupation or the establishment of an easement, specifically for the proceedings on the building intent, or in the case of newly identified owner(s), as of the date of submission of the application for building occupancy/commissioning (final acceptance) permit, if required, - carrying out construction works, - ensuring related engineering activities during the…
