The subject of the contract titled "ŽSR, ETCS L2 in the Section ŽST Liptovská Teplá - Výh. Paludza" is: - preparation and delivery of project documentation at the level of construction intention and construction project in the details of the execution project including geodetic survey, - provision of related engineering activities, the result of which will be obtaining a valid decision on the construction intention and verification of the construction project (including securing the extension of their validity if necessary; and in case the decision on the construction intention expires, obtaining a new valid decision on the construction intention and verification of the construction project), - securing property-legal settlement of landowners in the form of permanent occupation or the establishment of an easement, either for the construction intention proceedings or in case of newly identified owner(s) by the date of submission of the proposal for the building occupancy approval, if needed, - execution of construction works, - provision of related engineering activities during the execution of construction works, the result of which will be obtaining valid occupancy…
