TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract entitled “ŽSR, ETCS L2 in the section between Ľubochňa Station and Liptovská Teplá Station (excluding)” is: - preparation and delivery of project documentation in the stage of construction intent and project of the building in the details of the implementation project, including geodetic survey, - provision of related engineering activities, the result of which will be ensuring a legally effective decision on the construction intent and verification of the project of the building (including ensuring extension of their validity if necessary; and in the event that the decision on the construction intent loses its validity, ensuring the issuance of a new legally effective decision on the construction intent and verification of the project of the building), - ensuring the settlement of property-and-legal matters of land owners by means of permanent occupation or by establishing an easement, for the procedure related to the construction intent, or in the case of newly identified owner(s) on the date of submission of the application for approval/commissioning (occupancy) of the building, if required, - execution of construction works, - provision of…
