The subject of the contract titled "ŽSR, ETCS L2 in the section ŽST Vrútky freight station (outside) - ŽST Ľubochňa (outside)" is: - preparation and delivery of project documentation at the construction intention stage and construction project in the details of the implementation project including geodetic surveying, - provision of related engineering activities, the result of which will be securing a valid decision on the construction intention and verification of the construction project (including securing extension of their validity if necessary; and in case the decision on the construction intention expires, securing the issuance of a new valid decision on the construction intention and verification of the construction project), - securing property-legal settlement of landowners in the form of permanent occupation or establishment of an easement, either at the construction intention proceedings or in case of newly identified owner(s) as of the date of submitting a proposal for construction approval, if necessary, - execution of construction works, - provision of related engineering activities during the execution of construction works, the result of which will be…
