TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract entitled “ŽSR, ETCS L2 in the section from ŽST Vrútky freight sta. (excluding) to ŽST Ľubochňa (excluding)” is: - preparation and delivery of design documentation at the level of construction intent and project design, in the details of the execution project, including a surveying (geodetic) survey, - provision of related engineering activities, the result of which will be ensuring a legally effective decision on the construction intent and verification of the building project (including ensuring an extension of their validity if necessary; and, if the decision on the construction intent loses its validity, ensuring the issuance of a new legally effective decision on the construction intent and verification of the building project), - provision of the settlement of property and legal matters for land owners by means of permanent occupation or by establishing an easement, for the construction intent proceedings, or, in the case of newly identified owners, on the date of submission of the application for commissioning (completion/permit) of the building, if necessary, - carrying out construction works, - provision of related engineering activities…
