TENDER DESCRIPTION

The site trackworks supervision (OBL) supports the client in the overarching management, coordination and monitoring of the implementation of the project ZBBS. It ensures that the implementation of construction and traffic measures is carried out in accordance with the approved bases and in compliance with all applicable regulations, legal bases, requirements, etc. The OBL monitors and accompanies the planning teams in terms of expertise, engineering and administration and ensures the consistency of their work within the project organisation. The OBL accompanies the implementation of the components and supports the responsible overall project management / client consortium - as required - with the resulting tasks in technical and coordination matters. The OBL leads the teams independently and ensures implementation up to the end of construction. The OBL’s task is based on the scope of services catalogue in accordance with SIA Order 103 for phases 41 to 53. The OBL reports directly to the overall project management TSB.
